The Apostle Paul’s passion for his brethren was so intense that he was willing to be cut off from Christ if that meant that they could be saved. Even though this desire was deep in his heart, in his head he knew that this wasn’t possible. In Romans 10, he begins to process why his family according to the flesh haven't yet yielded to Jesus to be saved.
